The Caseous Company - Wyoming (2003-2005)
From 2003-2005, Karla Dieters, Marc Horan, Nate Melcher, John Roedel, and Rick Simineo made up the cast of The Caseous Company, the premiere sketch comedy troupe in the state of Wyoming. Melcher wrote and directed the shows, Kurt Quinlivan was the stage manager, Sean Meenan did tech and live music, and the cast performed sketches and short-form improv. The Caseous Company performed themed shows based on communication, relationships, the pursuit of happiness, the 2004 presidential election, and more. After Melcher's move back to Minnesota, the remaining cast and crew created Ozymandian Theater, keeping the tradition of original sketch and improv comedy alive in Wyoming while donating proceeds to local and national charities.
